Perspective | Pivot | Purpose 

(Tips from Candace Cameron Bure Podcast S4)


1. Healthy perspective
     Perspective is an honest acceptance of reality while still maintaining hope. It is NOT delusion.

2. Healthy Ability to Pivot
     Realizing what you are doing isn't working, looking for solutions, and finding a way. 

3. Purpose
     Look to GOD to find purpose in the pain. Having faith that GOD can turn the mess into something beautiful.


And here I'll add a fourth P

4. Peace
     A good way to build resilience is to look to GOD to give you His peace in the pain. Sometimes, for me, that means a smile or laugh in the darkest moments, knowing that I'm living with the end in mind.

I can do all things through CHRIST who strengthens me. Philppians 4:13

I lift up my eyes to the mountains - where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip - He who watches over you will not slumber. . .The LORD will keep you from all harm - He will watch over your life; the LORD will watch ove your coming and going both now and forevermore. Psalm 121: 1-3 & 7-8
